Do you use fondant on your cakes?
Unfortunately, I do not use or work with fondant.
Do you custom bake?
Yes. I custom bake for customers with allergies. If you have a concern about one of my recipes, please ask!
Do you bake with nuts or nut products?
Yes. Any order that requires nuts are baked at the end of the day so that these products do not intermingle with other orders and everything from counters to baking dishes can be scoured thoroughly.
How fresh are the ingredients used in your creations?
I shop for ingredients per order so my customers will receive the freshest ingredients provided by grocery stores.
Do you use dairy-free milk in any of your creations? What alternatives do you use?
I generally use whole milk. However, it can depend on the order. If I use an alternative, it would be almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling out the order for under the “Order” tab.
Do you deliver?
Yes. I offer free delivers to customers within a 8 mile radius. Any orders that are more than 8 miles, will be charge a delivery fee.
If I have to cancel my order due to unforeseen events, will I get a refund?
If you cancel you order within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a refund. (This does not apply to catering events).
If I have to booked you to cater an event but have to cancel, will I get a refund?
Orders placed for catering events are charged a nonrefundable deposit of 50%. No refunds will be issued if event is canceled.
Where are you located?
I am a home-based bakery located in East Baton Rouge Parish, State of Louisiana.
Do you ship order?
Unfortunately, I do not ship at the moment.
